These two tracks bounce along with catchy melodies, sloppily efficient instrumentation and production values that sound beautiful on vinyl. There are hints of Built To Spill’s nasal goofiness and a touch of childish Elephant 6 type playfulness, but the lyrical intelligence and simple musical flourishes are certainly a direct credit to the band.
